Centuria SA is inviting you to attend one of our first guest lectures of this academic year!‼️📚
📍 The guest lecture will take place on October 7th, between 13:00 and 14:30, in room Strip 2.16.
The lecture will be given by Piotr Łubiński, a Polish professor of international law, who specializes in humanitarian law and security. His past work has centered around researching the root causes of genocide and acting as a legal advisor in Afghanistan.
The topic of the lecture will be the current sitution concerning the border between Poland and Belarus. Therefore, the use of migration as an element of hybrid warfare will be discussed, as well as the common clash between security and humanitarian assistance.
